Message dated and received May 3 was read, stating the Governor                                     
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
          SENATE BILL NO. 328 "An Act requiring that a                                              
          nonresident big game hunter be accompanied by a                                           
          big game guide who is providing big game hunting                                          
          services to the nonresident under a contract with the                                     
          nonresident or who is employed by a big game guide                                        
          who has a contract to provide big game hunting
